In Mind-Reboot I’m using well-known, effective techniques to guide you out of the issue. I’m trained by Dr. Phil Parker who is one of the leading experts in NLP, Coaching & Hypnotherapy. With great success he has developed the area in this field. 

 

What can you expect in a session?
I’m good at building rapport with my clients, and I will do my best to find effective solutions for your issue. When working together I may challenge you to think differently to help you find a new, positive path. By using humour and light spirits, clarity is often rapid and easier to find.
I can guarantee confidentiality and I’m non-judgmental. This will help us to talk freely and to find change faster.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming, NLP

Neuro, the way our brains and minds work.
Linguistic, how we use language and words to communicate with others and yourself. This affects the whole body.
Programming, our mind as the operating system. This is how our earlier experiences, thoughts and feelings can affect certain areas in our life, and sometimes work against us in an automatic way.

NLP is a systematic framework for how we can instruct our own minds. This teaches us how we can control our own behaviour, but also others. In short, it is a framework that can help you to function at your best through life.

We work together to find the way to your goal. I will support you and guide you. Let me discover your potential. If you should get stuck in your mindset, knowledge about NLP is an important tool to help you get back on track. Without the use of NLP, it would be like rowing a boat with chopsticks.

Hypnotherapy/Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a hypnotic state in which people experience increased attention, concentration and clarity. It is often described as a sleep-like condition with focused attention and extended suggestibility. You are fully conscious and have control over the situation.

By using the right language and words, I will help you reach your optimal mental state. This gives me the opportunity to resolve habits and to achieve a shift in a positive direction. By building good rapport and trust, we will achieve the best results together.

Do you need to disconnect from everyday life and recharge your energy? Does it feel like you have had 10 espresso shots and your body is trembling with tension?
I have also experienced how the body holds you tight and refuses to let you relax. I will guide you through effective meditation techniques that allows you to clear your head and find rest.
